Happiness is…

• having my family home
• the kids sleeping in until 7:30
• making pancakes for breakfast as the kids played with toys or painted rocks
• everyone piling on the couch for a family cuddle session
• watching a movie
• getting on the floor and playing superhero dolls with Baby E
• listening to C tell me all her plans about joining the circus
• going out to dinner with dear friends, taking a walk on the boardwalk, and eating italian ice, while catching up with everyone’s lives.
• tucking my kids into bed this evening, and sitting in the next room listening to them settle in
