In the aftermath of the tragedy that befell Las Vegas last night, my heart breaks for the mothers and fathers, siblings, spouses, children, and friends who were robbed of their loved ones in such a horrific and violent manner. My children are sleeping in the other room and they have no idea that such things happen. They don’t know that kind of hatred exists, and I envy them that. My prayers tonight are for the injured, the dying, and those left behind to pick up the shattered pieces of their lives. May they find comfort in a Heavenly Father that can work all things, yes all things, for his glory.
