There are no alarms set. Church was cancelled because of the snow. The kids have been asked to not wake us up in the morning.
This has been a physically exhausting week. My hands are scratchy like the sandpaper I’ve worked with. The sensor on my phone no longer recognizes my fingerprint. Every muscle hurts and my hands are riddled with splinters.
So tonight we sleep and tomorrow we relax. In anticipation of our quiet day, I stopped by the book store on the way home and picked up a few options. I’ve already started one this evening.
The kids will want to play in the snow, and I will happily oblige them, and with Tim home, I am looking forward to some family memories!
Thank you for your continued prayers for my dad. He is adjusting well to being home and is already gaining strength!
